Copyright and Self-Archiving Policy

Authors may deposit, share, and disseminate the Version of Record (VoR) of their published articles in institutional or subject repositories, personal websites, researcher profiles, and academic social networking platforms without restrictions or embargo periods, provided that Vivienda y Comunidades Sustentables is clearly acknowledged as the original place of publication.

When depositing or sharing the published article, authors must include the complete bibliographic citation together with the article's Digital Object Identifier (DOI) as the permanent URL linking to the official published version.

All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. This license permits users to copy, distribute, share, adapt, and reuse the content for non-commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original publication, a link to the license is provided, and any changes made are clearly indicated.
