Towards a critical research agenda on territory, heritage and sustainability
Abstract
La crisis climática contemporánea no es solo un problema técnico: es también una crisis de justicia. Las comunidades más expuestas a sus efectos son, sistemáticamente, aquellas con menores recursos para adaptarse, menor acceso a infraestructura de calidad y mayor dependencia de entornos construidos degradados (IPCC, 2023). Esta asimetría obliga a replantear los marcos desde los cuales la investigación urbana y habitacional aborda la sustentabilidad. No basta con optimizar el desempeño energético de los edificios o incorporar materiales reciclados en la cadena constructiva si esos avances no se articulan con condiciones estructurales de desigualdad territorial. La sustentabilidad implica, por tanto, aspectos técnicos, sociales y políticos inseparables.Downloads
