Actualización de Licencia de Acceso Abierto

Vivienda y Comunidades Sustentables informs its academic community, authors, and readers that, beginning with Issue 20 (July–December 2026), all published content will be distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. This license permits the reading, downloading, copying, distribution, reproduction, and adaptation of the journal's content for non-commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the authors and the original source of publication. This change reinforces the journal's commitment to Open Access and the dissemination of scientific knowledge by promoting greater visibility and broader academic use of its published content. Articles and issues published prior to Issue 20 will remain subject to the licensing terms that were in effect at the time of their publication.
